Design Process
At the beginning of the process, we review plans, project scope and develop a timeline for selections + communicating our design with vendors and the rest of the team.
Design Selections
We work together to make selections for your project. Examples are tile + countertops, lighting, plumbing, appliances, flooring, paint, fabrics + furnishings, etc. We work with the vendors to obtain quotes, picture books or create our own for you and our team to work within your allowances.
Documentation
Once the selections are made,
We work with the architect, vendors, and your builder/contractor to provide design boards, paint schedules, drawings + elevations or whatever is required to communicate your vision into concrete details for implementation.
Implementation + Execution
On-site meetings—such as during tile installation, lighting placement, or other key milestones—are available to help align execution with both the client's vision and the designer’s intent, minimizing the risk of substitutions or liberties taken in the field.
